Direct Booking Terms and Conditions
- These terms and conditions only apply when booking directly with us via WhatsApp. Bookings made via Booking.com are subject to the terms specified on their website.
- Minimum booking duration is 2 nights.
- To confirm your booking, payment must have been received in full by bank transfer.
- To cancel your booking, send a message to the above WhatsApp number.
- Bookings cancelled with at least 14 days' notice will receive a full refund within 72 hours. Bookings cancelled with fewer than 14 days' notice will not be eligible for refund.
